Orders received by 12.00 Monday to Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 12.00 are processed and shipped the following working day. When we can use Amazon Logistics, orders are shipped within a few hours of payment.
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. After that, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking code. Please note that the unavailability of the product, the high number of orders, problems with the postal service or other unforeseen events may cause a delay in the shipment of the packages.

SHIPPING IN ITALY We offer free shipping in Italy on orders of at least € 29.90 with an average transit time of 24/72 hours (Poste Delivery Business or UPS or other carrier). If you are in a hurry, you can purchase express delivery (UPS or other carrier) with delivery in 24/36 hours. Please note that these are estimates and transit times vary depending on the delivery address. When we ship with Amazon Logistics, we don't know which warehouse the goods will be shipped from or which courier will be used, but in the tracking email you will receive a link to follow the shipment and the estimated delivery date.
SHIPPING IN EUROPE
We offer shipping in Europe with costs starting from €9.90. The exact shipping cost is calculated at check-out and varies according to the country/postcode of destination and the quantity or volume of the purchased goods. We ship with UPS or other carriers. When we ship with FBA, we don't know which warehouse the goods will be shipped from or which carrier will be used, but in the tracking email you will receive a link to follow the shipment and the estimated delivery date.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
You are responsible for the shipping address you enter in the order. If the package is not delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be charged for the delivery, return and any storage costs.
DELAYED SHIPMENTS
The unexpected can happen. However, we are committed to delivering within 30 days of order confirmation and payment.
MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
If you have not received your order but the courier has reported that it has been delivered, please notify us as soon as possible by e-mail. We will file a claim with the shipping courier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order after the investigation is complete, which can take up to 21 days.
